Am I able to return an item?

We do not allow any returns; all sales are final.

What if I receive my item and it is damaged?

We carefully inspect all items when we receive them from the designer. Some fabrics have natural flaws within the yarn and should not be considered as damaged. Some natural stones are not perfect and should not be considered as damaged. If you believe your item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

What if I don't see my size?

The sizes that are listed is what we currently have in stock at our brick-and-mortar boutique. Some of our items are available to special order in different sizes as well as different colors. Please contact us to check availability. 

Are the jewelry and accessories available in other colors?

Are there more items in your brick-and-mortar store?

Yes! We are glad you asked! The items on our website is just a sampling of what Francesca's Atelier offers. In our boutique we carry 19 designers of cocktail dresses, gowns, separates, accessories and jewelry. We are mainly a special order boutique since our items can be customized. Stop in to receive one-on-one attention with an experienced sales consultant.

What if I need alterations?

No problem! We have experienced seamstresses who fit your garment in the boutique and alter it in our alteration department so your garment never leaves the center. Alterations are additional and are only offered to Francesca's Atelier's clients. Appointments are required for fittings; please call 443-841-7057.
